Sandibe Okavango Safari Lodge lies in the true natural wonder that is the Okavango Delta. It is the world’s largest inland delta and therefor supports a rich diversity of wildlife on its islands and waterways.

Set in a serene riverine forest on the banks of a permanent river, Sandibe Lodge has unique décor and sensitive architecture. The curves and scales of a pangolin inspired the entirely wooden structure for the common areas. They designed your room to mimic a weaver bird’s characteristically shaped and carefully woven nest.

The lodge’s prime location between permanent water and open plains means that guests can enjoy a variety of land wildlife activities in open 4 x 4 safari vehicles, and the game in this area is prolific, with wild dog, lion and leopard often being spotted. The guides work in a team of guide and tracker and together ensure that the wildlife experience they give their guests is second to none.
