A tranquil haven in the suburb of Paradyskloof in South Africa’s Western Cape winelands offering stylish accommodation in a garden setting. It was originally a whitewashed farmhouse, and has been transformed by private owners with adjacent buildings into an elegant boutique hotel. The restaurants, boutiques and historic buildings of Stellenbosch are ten minutes away and Cape Town airport is an easy drive of less than an hour.
The 23 rooms of Majeka House are spread across four room categories offering a wealth of experiences for a variety of travelers. With their similar layout and design, the 12 Premier rooms are ideally suited to small groups. Three gardens rooms lead onto a charming enclosed garden boasting an exclusive-use plunge pool, a perk also enjoyed by the two sets of spacious poolside rooms.
