Overview

Set within the Okavango’s Khwai Community Concession. Perched on a raised deck, with sweeping lagoon views connecting to the Khwai River, this beautiful camp seamlessly blends into the surrounding Leadwood woodland area. Simple yet elegant, Khwai Tented Camp strikes the perfect balance between homely touches whilst not detracting from the wild environment.

Relaxing on the main raised deck, you feel part of the surrounding woodlands with views of the expansive floodplains in front of the lodge. Wildlife of all kinds passes through this area, including plains game and many predators.

Accommodation consists of six Meru-styled tents that are raised up on wooden platforms and overlook the lagoon and Moremi Game Reserve. Each tent has a small wooden deck with canvas chairs for relaxing in the afternoon. Bathroom facilities are en-suite, with hot and cold running water and flushing toilet.
